Policies
NashCamp has a strict NO REFUNDS policy due to sessions having limited openings and are reserved for as long as you are enrolled.

DEPOSITS are non refundable. Balances are due to be paid in full by a deadline. Anyone with an unpaid balance after the deadline will be dropped from camp, and the deposit will not be refunded. Please make sure you have checked your account and that it is paid in full by the deadline.
If a 30 day drop notice is given, NashCamp will offer a credit for the payments made to be used towards enrollment in the next summer's camp. This credit will expire after one year and cannot be rolled over after a period of 12 months.

NashCamp will offer a session transfer should you need to switch your dates. No transfers will be approved 30 days leading up to your session.

Should you need to cancel for an injury, the payment will be transferred to next summer's camp, unless your athlete will be a graduating Senior. This will be the only exception to the refund policy. In this situation a refund will be processed only with a detailed doctor's note explaining that you are no longer able to participate in the camp due to your injury. Receipt of ER or doctor's visits will not be accepted. It must be a detailed doctor's note specific to your athlete's injury.

Payments and session enrollments are not transferrable to another athlete outside of your immediate family, who is also on your account.

FAQs
Q: Is this a stay-away camp or a day camp?
A: This will be a day camp experience. We know that most cheerleaders are used to weekend travel and staying in hotels or airbnbs for competitions and wanted to provide similar lodging resources. We hope to have an overnight option in the future! We will have our concession stand for snacks and drinks and will also have food truck options on-site for the kids to grab meals if they choose to stay around the facility on their breaks.
Q: How will my athlete be evaluated?
A: All athletes will be evaluated at camp during their first open gym on Thursday evening from 4-8pm. Mandatory sessions are divided into ages, but each athlete will also be assessed on their skills to determine their specific group for skill training. Athletes ages 13+ will attend the morning mandatory session. 12 and under will attend the afternoon mandatory session.
Q: Are there any local hotels or other lodging options that you suggest?
A: We have partnered with Competition Travel Group and they will provide hotel blocks starting in the Fall.
Q: If we live locally, can we drive to and from the facility from home everyday?
A: Yes. We encourage all local athletes in the greater Nashville area to attend at their convenience.
Q: We’re bringing a few athletes that are all different skill levels, but still close to each other in training and drills. Can they all be in the same group?
A: Inside of the mandatory sessions they will be grouped by skill level. We cannot guarantee they will be in the same group for training as that depends on the skill level of all the athletes attending the session, but we can do our best to get them in the same mandatory training times. If they are close in skill level, it will be likely that they are in the same level based group but we cannot guarantee that until camp evaluations are complete on Thursday evening. We will try our best to accommodate the best we can, but we want to make sure each athlete is training with “similar-skilled” individuals so their training is tailored to their current training abilities.
Q: What is the difference between the upper and lower level mandatory sessions?
A: Mandatory sessions are divided into ages, but each athlete will also be assessed on their skills to determine their specific group for skill training. Athletes ages 13+ will attend the morning mandatory session. 12 and under will attend the afternoon mandatory session.
Q: Is lodging included in the price?
A: No. We highly encourage all attendees that are not going with their parents to try and form a group with some teammates or friends to enjoy the NashCamp experience together, similar to competition style weekends.
Q: Can my child attend camp with their coach from their gym?
A: That is entirely up to you and your current coaches. We suggest having a parent or two chaperone any athlete or group of athletes traveling without their parents.
Q: Where is the training facility located?
A: 1022a Freedom Church Rd. Gallatin, TN 37066
Q: How far is Gallatin from downtown Nashville and the airport?
A: Our facility is located about 25-30 minutes from downtown and about 30-35 minutes from the Nashville airport.
Q: What airport should we fly into?
A: BNA - Nashville International Airport

Q: How many athletes will be attending each session?
A: Each session as a whole will be limited to 150 athletes so we can stay at the recommended coach to athlete ratio of 8:1 or lower. Each Mandatory session will range from 65-85 athletes.
Q: Can we attend if we are from out of the country?
A: Absolutely. We welcome anyone and everyone.
Q: What is the age limit and minimum skill level to attend camp?
A: NashCamp sessions are for athletes of all skill levels from beginner to advance. The ages allowed to attend camp are 8-18 years old. If you are 18 years old while attending your camp session you will have to submit and clear a background check and complete our safety and compliance training dedicated to child safety.
Q: Are the sibling discount and the military discount stackable?
A: The sibling and military discount are both $50.00. These are not stackable.
Q: Do we have to be an active-duty military member in order to utilize the discount?
A: Yes. Active-Duty Military only receive the military discount. Once you’ve registered and put down your down payment please send your valid form of military ID to register@nashcamps.com and your discount will be applied to your account balance once your status has been verified.

Q: Who do I contact if I want to switch session.
A: Please email katie@nashcamps.com.
